Do I need to transfer my domain to you, before signing up?
Not at all. We wouldn't dream of forcing you to do that. However you will need to point your domain to us before using the service. |

How soon will my account be active after signing up?
Your account will be active within an hour of signing up. You should receive an email containing everything you'll need to get started. If you do not receive the email within an hour, please contact our sales team. |

How do I change my domain name?
If you would like to change your domain name, you will need to contact support. Please login and submit a trouble ticket. |

The one time setup is non-refundable.
The first month is money back guarantee. |

How do I Reactivation my Account?
If an account was cancelled due to client request or billing issues and
the client desires to reactivate the account, a non-refundable
reactivation fee of $49.95 will be required prior to account
reactivation. Accounts are reactivated after all outstanding charges
are paid, including outstanding hosting charges and NSF check
processing fees (if applicable).

Locking a domain means that no changes or
transfers can be initiated for that domain until you log in to your

the computer where the website is can be found. |

This will vary, depending on who you registered your domain to. To point your domain to us you will need to login to the members section of your domain provider, and change the nameservers to ns1.theplace4me.com, and ns2.theplace4me.com Please contact your domain registrar for specific instructions on changing nameservers. |

We have created a mobile access for you to view your trouble tickets, edit, and submit new trouble tickets. To access this, point your mobile browser to ncisi.com/mobile Your username & password should be the same that you use to login to your hosting account.
